The existing site, a part-listed building which used to trade as a menswear store, was sensitively stripped out prior to the fit-out, taking care to retain the features that attributed to the original character of the building.
The new interior includes a custom-made service counter, display shelving and bench seating, all highlighted by an intelligent lighting system. The natural, modern concept is completed with an impressive slate wall behind the counter, with a secret door leading to the preparation area, TimberTech flooring and ‘Lazylawn’ artificial grass.
